1. Digital Products (Images, Photos & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted

  • This includes:

    • Digital paintings

    • Workshop photo downloads

    • Any other downloadable content

Please ensure you review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Physical Products (Paintings or Artworks – If Applicable)

If you purchase a physical product:

  • Returns may be accepted within [7 / 14] days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

Non-returnable items:
  • Customized or commissioned artworks

  • Damaged items due to improper handling after delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable

4. Refund Process

Transaction or payment gateway fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

  • Physical orders may be canceled before shipping only
