Due to the nature of digital products:
All digital product sales are final
No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted
This includes:
Digital paintings
Workshop photo downloads
Any other downloadable content
Please ensure you review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Physical Products (Paintings or Artworks – If Applicable)
If you purchase a physical product:
Returns may be accepted within [7 / 14] days of delivery
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Customized or commissioned artworks
Damaged items due to improper handling after delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Provide clear photos of the issue
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable
